Smart International Management Journal (SIMJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, open access journal published by CV. HEI Publishing Indonesia, focusing on management, business, economics, and related fields.

SIMJ is indexed in Index Copernicus International (ICI), Garuda, Google Scholar, Crossref, and ROAD. All articles are freely available under the journal's open access policy. The journal publishes four issues per year in March, June, September, and December. SIMJ is committed to research integrity, publication ethics, transparency, and responsible scholarly publishing, following established best practices in academic publishing.
