SIPIL Journal Cover

Structural Insights in Planning and Infrastructure Leadership (SIPIL) is a peer-reviewed, open access journal published by CV. HEI Publishing Indonesia. SIPIL publishes original research, technical papers, and review articles covering civil engineering, infrastructure planning, construction, environmental engineering, transportation, water resources, and sustainable development.

SIPIL applies a double-blind peer-review process and is committed to research integrity, publication ethics, transparency, and responsible scholarly publishing. The journal is published twice a year, in May and November, with free access to all published articles.
