Posting article policy

Authors are required to understand and comply with the policies of Smart Yields in Systems, Technology, Engineering, and Modeling (SYSTEM) regarding the management and distribution of submitted and published articles.

Prior to Submission
Manuscripts submitted to SYSTEM must be original works and must not have been previously published in any other journal, conference proceedings, or public repository.

After Submission to SYSTEM
After submission, authors may share or post preprint or submitted versions of their manuscripts, provided that such sharing does not violate the policies of SYSTEM and clearly indicates that the manuscript is under review by the journal.

After Acceptance
Once a manuscript is accepted for publication in SYSTEM, if the author has previously posted any version of the article on personal websites, institutional repositories, or preprint servers, the author must replace the previously posted version with the accepted manuscript version provided by SYSTEM. No further changes may be made to the accepted manuscript.

After Publication
When the article is officially published, the posted version must be replaced with the final published version from SYSTEM. The published version must be accompanied by a complete citation, including the journal name, volume, issue, year, and DOI, to ensure proper attribution and discoverability.
