Withdraw manuscript

Authors are not permitted to withdraw manuscripts submitted to Smart Yields in Systems, Technology, Engineering, and Modeling (SYSTEM) once the submission process has begun, as submission implies that the manuscript is not under consideration elsewhere. Editors and reviewers invest significant time and effort in processing manuscripts and conducting peer reviews. If an author requests withdrawal while the manuscript is under review, a withdrawal fine of IDR 1,000,000 per manuscript will be applied. For manuscripts withdrawn after acceptance, the fine is IDR 2,000,000 per manuscript. Withdrawal is only allowed after full payment of the applicable fine, and authors must submit an official letter signed by all co-authors stating the reasons for withdrawal. Authors who refuse to pay the fine will be prohibited from submitting future manuscripts to Smart Yields in Systems, Technology, Engineering, and Modeling (SYSTEM), and their affiliated co-authors may also face restrictions. This policy aims to promote a culture of academic ethics and responsible publication practices.
