Structural Insights in Planning and Infrastructure Leadership (SIPIL) is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published by Hei Publishing Indonesia. Structural Insights in Planning and Infrastructure Leadership (SIPIL) has been indexed by the Google Scholar. The journal serves as a platform for researchers, academics, lecturers, practitioners, professionals, students, and policymakers who are engaged in the fields of civil engineering, infrastructure, construction management, urban and regional planning, transportation, environmental engineering, and other related disciplines.
The primary objective of SIPIL is to disseminate high-quality scientific research and scholarly contributions that support the advancement of knowledge, innovation, and sustainable development in planning and infrastructure. The journal welcomes original research articles, review papers, case studies, and other scholarly works that provide valuable theoretical and practical insights for the academic and professional communities.
Structural Insights in Planning and Infrastructure Leadership (SIPIL) is published twice a year. Each volume consists of two issues, which are released in May and November.
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous editorial screening and double-blind peer-review process to ensure they meet the journal's standards of scientific quality, originality, relevance, and academic integrity. Articles are published only after they have been accepted by the Editorial Board and have fulfilled all publication requirements, subject to the available publication quota.
Authors are kindly requested to prepare and submit their manuscripts in accordance with the Journal Template and Author Guidelines provided by the journal to facilitate the review and publication process.
