Posting article policy

Smart International Management Journal (SIMJ) supports the responsible sharing and self-archiving of scholarly articles in accordance with its open access policy.

Before Submission
Authors must ensure that manuscripts submitted to SIMJ have not been previously published and are not simultaneously under consideration by another journal. Authors may share preliminary versions of their work, provided that such sharing does not violate the rights of third parties.

After Submission
Authors may share the submitted version of their manuscript through personal websites, institutional repositories, or other non-commercial repositories, provided that the manuscript is clearly identified as being under consideration by SIMJ.

After Acceptance
Authors may deposit the accepted manuscript (the version incorporating all revisions resulting from the peer-review process) in an institutional or subject repository. The deposited version should acknowledge its acceptance by SIMJ and include a link to the journal article when the published version becomes available.

After Publication
SIMJ permits authors to share and deposit the published version (Version of Record) of their article in personal websites, institutional repositories, and other appropriate repositories. Any deposited published version must include the complete bibliographic citation, including the article title, journal name, publication details, and DOI, together with a link to the official SIMJ article page.

SIMJ does not impose an embargo period on author self-archiving. Authors are encouraged to use the final published version whenever available to ensure that readers access the authoritative version of the article.
