Peer Review Process

All manuscripts submitted to the Smart International Management Journal (SIMJ) will be processed first by the Editorial Team. The editor will verify the completeness of the manuscript according to the author's guidelines and the suitability of the work to the focus and scope. If good acceptance is met, the manuscript will be sent to peer reviewers. The review process is carried out using a double blind review system, which means that the author and reviewer do not know each other. For each manuscript, two reviewers will evaluate the substantial content in the manuscript. After comments from reviewers are obtained, the editor will evaluate and decide to process further or reject the manuscript. If revisions are required, reviewer comments will be sent to the author. The editor will then make a further decision based on the author's amendments. If necessary, a review or further review process can be carried out until a final decision is obtained
