Focus and Scope

Agricultural Power Journal (APJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by HEI Journal. The journal provides a scholarly platform for research, knowledge exchange, and discussion in agriculture and related disciplines. APJ publishes original and scientifically sound research that contributes to the understanding, development, and application of agricultural knowledge.

The journal welcomes research covering scientific, technological, environmental, economic, and socioeconomic aspects of agriculture, including but not limited to:

1. Organic Farming – organic production systems, soil fertility management, organic fertilizers and compost, pest and disease management, and organic certification.

2. Farming Techniques – crop production practices, irrigation, soil management, weed control, crop rotation, planting systems, and crop maintenance.

3. Permaculture – sustainable agricultural system design, integrated farming, ecological production systems, and sustainable land management.

4. Food Crops and Horticulture – crop production, varietal selection, cultivation practices, plant protection, postharvest practices, and sustainable production technologies for food crops, vegetables, and fruits.

5. Agribusiness – agricultural economics, marketing, supply chains, production management, feasibility studies, and agribusiness development.

6. Soil and Water Conservation – soil conservation, erosion control, water management, land rehabilitation, and sustainable natural resource management.

7. Agroforestry – integration of trees with agricultural crops or livestock, sustainable land-use systems, biodiversity, and soil and water conservation.

8. Plant Pest and Disease Management – pest and disease identification, integrated pest management, biological control, biopesticides, and plant protection technologies.

9. Sustainable Agriculture – sustainable production systems, environmentally responsible agricultural technologies, resource-use efficiency, climate-resilient agriculture, and agricultural contributions to food security.

APJ accepts original research articles, review articles, short communications, and case studies that are relevant to the journal's scope. Manuscripts must demonstrate academic relevance, methodological soundness, and a clear contribution to agricultural knowledge and practice.

As an open-access journal, APJ provides free and immediate access to all published articles, supporting the broad dissemination and exchange of agricultural research.
