About the Journal

Smart International Management Journal (SIMJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by CV. HEI Publishing Indonesia. SIMJ publishes original research articles, literature reviews, and case studies in management and business studies, including strategic management, finance, human resources, marketing, entrepreneurship, organizational behavior, and innovation.

The journal applies a double-blind peer-review process and is committed to research integrity, publication ethics, and responsible scholarly publishing. All articles are freely accessible under the journal's open-access policy. SIMJ is published four times a year in March, June, September, and December.
